  1. Beat the egg yolks and sweeteners until pale yellow. Add all other ingredients and mix well.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites until hard peaks form. Gently fold them into the mixture.
  3. Grease a baking dish with butter and pour in the batter. Bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius. Let cool and then glaze with melted chocolate with coconut butter and milk.
