  1. The basic recipe calls for three egg whites OR 6 teaspoons of egg white powder with 6 tablespoons of warm water, half a ripe banana and a package of protein powder. All you need to do is mix all three together thoroughly (the bananas should be mashed really hard) and pour the mixture in a preheated waffle maker, greased with some coconut oil or butter. Bake for about two minutes and serve with maple syrup or any other topping that you like (I do suggest some sort of topping either way, since the Whey proteins tend to dry everything out a little).
  2. Feel free to add some spices or flavors to the mix before baking – I suggest gingerbread spices with Choco Orange Flavor protein powder or some mocha or raspberry FlavDrops in Chocolate Flavor mix.
