Hrustljavo testo je popolno v kombinaciji s kremasto čokolado in rahlo kiselkastimi malinami. Za nekoliko bolj drzne pa poskrbi še solni cvet.

Ingredients
Sladko krhko testo
  • 190 g pirine moke
  • 120 g mletih mandljev
  • 110 g brezinega sladkorja
  • 140 g masla
  • 1 jajce
  • ščep soli
Nadev
  • 285 g temne čokolade
  • 250 ml sladke smetane
  • 1 ČŽ vanilijeve esence
  • zmrznjene maline
  • nasekljani lešniki (po želji)
  • solni cvet (po želji)

Instructions
  1. Za testo najprej zmešamo vse suhe sestavine in brezin sladkor, nato pa dodamo maslo, narezano na majhne koščke, in gnetemo dokler ne razdrobimo vseh koščkov masla. Dodamo še jajce in vse skupaj zgnetemo v voljno testo.
  2. Testo zavijemo v folijo in postavimo v hladilnik za 30 minut. Medtem pečico segrejemo na 180 stopinj Celzija.
  3. Testo razvaljamo na nekaj milimetrov debelo in položimo v namaščene majhne modelčke za pite, ki jim lahko odstranimo dno. Oblikovano testo nekajkrat prebodemo z vilicami, nato pa nanj položimo peki papir in ga obtežimo s surovim rižem ali fižolom. Obteženega pečemo 15 minut, nato pa peki papir in riž odstranimo in pečemo še 10 minut do zlato rjave barve.
  4. Pečeno testo naj se povsem ohladi, medtem pa lahko segrejemo maline in jih pretlačimo v omako.
  5. Sladko smetano segrejemo do tik pod vreliščem, nato pa jo prelijemo čez nasekljano čokolado. Počakamo nekaj minut, nato pa dobro premešamo, da dobimo gladko maso, ki ji na koncu dodamo še žličko vanilije.
  6. V ohlajeno testo nalijemo žlico ali dve malin, nato pa vse skupaj prelijemo še s čokoladno mešanico. Po želji posujemo s solnim cvetom in drobljenimi lešniki in za nekaj ur postavimo v hladilnik.
  7. Kakšno uro preden pite postrežemo, jih vzamemo iz hladilnika in odstranimo pekačke. Postrežemo s stepeno sladko smetano.
