Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 2 tbsp Xylitol
- 1 tbsp Sukrin
- 1 yogurt cup spelt flour
- 1 yogurt cup sultanas
- 1 yogurt cup carob powder
- 1 yogurt cup oil
- 1/2 yogurt cup milk
- 4 apples, peeled and grated
- 1 package baking powder
Glaze
- 100 g dark chocolate
- 2 tsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp milk

Instructions
- Beat the egg yolks and sweeteners until pale yellow. Add all other ingredients and mix well.
- In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites until hard peaks form. Gently fold them into the mixture.
- Grease a baking dish with butter and pour in the batter. Bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius. Let cool and then glaze with melted chocolate with coconut butter and milk.
