Matchia {Matcha Chia Pudding}

If you are one of those people who don’t have time to prepare breakfast in the morning, I have a solution for you. Make your breakfast a day in advance! This recipe will take just a minute to make and will provide you with all the necessary nutrients in the morning – lots of protein, vitamins and antioxidants.

What you’ll need:

1 cup water and milk mixture

1 scoop Vanilla Casein (can substitute with sweetener of choice and vanilla extract)

1 tsp Matcha powder

1/4 cup chia seeds

greek yogurt and strawberries, for serving

How you make it:

Just whisk all ingredients really well and place them in the fridge for an hour or over night.

Transfer to serving cups, add greek yogurt (try adding some honey to it) and strawberries and serve. Some granola will go well with it too!
